(and some only one person asked me once)
1) I only want to do another 4 weeks, is it worth signing up?
Absolutely! You can cancel the subscription at any time or purchase a 1 Month Block. So even if it’s only a 4-week block, you can still get 4 weeks of epic programming to take your running to the next level
2) Is it really that different to the 4 weeks I’ve just done?
Hell yes! And also kinda no? All the parts you loved that are great PLUS a whole lot more. Using the app is going to make it easier to get feedback on your sessions. Not only that, but we will be progressing the strength sessions, adding mobility/flexibility to the program and keeping the run sessions varied with new styles of sessions to keep it progressing! This is some next level shiz.
